This morning they were (again) forecasting rain for most of the day, with temperatures of no more than 13 degrees. By lunch-time, this was obviously not the case! Blazing sunshine and temperatures of about 18 degrees, with some amazing cloud formations!
Now the downside of this, should you wish to dwell on it, is that I was at work all day! But this blog is all about positivity, so I plan to not dwell on it!!!
I will focus on the fact that I had a lovely run home in the early evening sunshine, was able to enjoy a quiet dinner, because the kids were fed and out playing by the time I came home, and have just been sitting in the sitootrie watching as the few, wispy clouds, start to turn a lovely pink colour, as the sun packs up his briefcase and heads home to bed.
I am about to do likewise, and hope that the meteorologists get it wrong again tomorrow!
