Sigh of relief

A was able to heave a huge sigh of relief today....

I was at the dentist this morning. I have been suffering very, VERY sensitive teeth on one side of my mouth for the last few weeks. I was absolutely sure that I needed, if not one, then at least two fillings!

Well, after x-raying both top and bottom, my dentist assured me that my teeth were absolutely perfect, in fact, that they would out-live me. He said that my bone level was excellent, meaning that I was nowhere near gum disease, and there was definitely no sign of a cavity next nor near my teeth!

Enter one huge sigh of relief!!!

Okay, so the bad news is I still don't know why I have the pain! But I'm so delighted that I don't need fillings that I will cross that bridge when next I come to it!!!

Today I am grateful that I have good genes!!!

Dad had "teeth like a horse" (which I have always assumed was a good thing!) and mam still has a great mouthful of her own teeth.
