Two strikes

Well....it would appear that I have done it again!!!

No blog yesterday 28th September....I blame the shock of learning that not one, but both of my wonderful nieces are expecting on or around my Meggie's 10th birthday!

For that fact I am, of course, most grateful!

In all honesty though, I think the events of the last couple of weeks, and my debilitating cold (I'm still awaiting the sacks full of "get well soon" cards, by the way!!) have just drained me. I've been going to bed early and still not feeling awake enough to get up for my walk in the morning....and that, I think, is the problem.

So, I must get back into my early morning walks and hopefully get my energy flowing again. That will, I hope, then stop me from forgetting my blog!!!

Today I am grateful that my cold has now left the building, and I can get back to being grateful!!!
