A little lift

I've been reading my blog again! The ones from this time last year. It is actually quite good for giving you a wee bit of a lift!

I suppose reading it back is a great reminder of all the positives in my life. And I'm so glad I decided to keep going. I'd be lost at this stage...now, don't get me wrong, there are still nights when I'd rather just go to bed, but I definitely feel better when I do my wee bit of writing.

Today I am grateful for small moments of calm reflection.

I really must try to get back to more mindful moments in my day. I need to stop ignoring my mindful bell, which sounds on my phone every hour! Back to reading Mindfulness Here and Now on Facebook too!!
