Customer service

It was a blustery, freezing cold morning...the perfect excuse, in fact, to stop in at my favourite cafe, Olio and Farina,  for a mocha on the way to work. Don't worry...I mean my favourite cafe after Costa...there isn't a Costa in town! Glad we've got that straight!

Anyway, I was in luck....there is one girl who works there, she happens to be English, who is really nice. She makes the best mocha in Limerick, possibly the world, and she always takes time to have a chat. It makes all the difference and gives me a really good feeling as I head to work.

Wouldn't it be great if every one we come into contact with in the morning made us feel that way? And wouldn't it be nice to know that we made someone else feel like that?? Just something to think about.

Today I am grateful that the right girl was working today. I hope our wee chat brightened up her morning a bit too!
