The Magic Flute

Tonight it's easy...

Today I am grateful to have been able to have some Quality Time with my wee man.

We went to the concert hall tonight to see an opera! My singing teacher was starring in Opera Theatre Company's production of The Magic Flute, and as Thomas has met him too, we decided to go together to see it.

It was brilliant. And I am so delighted to have been able to share such a great experience with Thomas. He really enjoyed it. Hopefully it's the start of a beautiful friendship for him. I know that I was brought up in a home where operatic music was the norm, and now that seed has been planted in my boy too! So proud!!!

I get lots of girly time with Meg, and Dad gets lots of boy-time at rugby and the like, so it's really nice to have something that's for me and my boy to share. (It also gave Daddy time with his little girl...so win-win really!)
