As I start to write this, I have not yet decided what I am actually going to write about! I've not even given a title to the piece yet. I'm hoping that as I write, something will jump out at me, and I can say "Ah yes. Of course!"

It's not been a bad day, it's just not been an eventful day. I've had my head buried in a book for a good part of the day...in between singing, ironing, cooking and homework, lest you think I really am a lazy so-and-so!
I did have a wee walk this evening, just round to Thomas' friend's house to collect him. It was freezing, literally! The sky was filled with stars, and the moon, although only a crescent at the moment, was bright. The cold air on my face and head actually felt nice after being indoors for most of the day. And there we are....
Today I am grateful for the clear night sky!
I know it will lead to frosty roads in the morning, but this evening it was beautiful and refreshing, and I am glad I got to be out in it for a short while.
